Common use of Failure of a National Clause in Contracts

Failure of a National. Ski Association to comply with its duties If a National Ski Association fails to fully comply with its duties (especially its fi- nancial duties) directly related to the Event, the FIS shall assist the NSA and/or the Organiser in the enforcement of the respective claims. This may be enforced by debiting the amount from the defaulting National Ski Association’s FIS xxxxx- cial support.
