Common use of Failure of City to Obtain Security Grant Clause in Contracts

Failure of City to Obtain Security Grant. Irrespective of any other term of this Agreement, should City fail to be awarded a federal security grant sufficient to cover the costs of all of City’s security obligations under the Security Plan, Agency shall have no obligation to provide the services described in this Agreement and City shall not be obligated to remit the funds described in this Agreement to Agency unless reimbursed for such costs by the Host Committee, the DNC or any other entity.
