Failure of Seller. and Buyer to agree on whether direction is technical direction or a change within the purview of the Changes Article shall be a dispute under Article 17, Disputes/Claims. Any action taken by Seller in response to any direction that falls within the purview of the Changes Article, or that Seller claims to fall within the purview of the Changes Article, given by any person other than the Supply Chain Representative shall be at Seller's own risk.
