If at any time and for any reason StadCo fails to provide, maintain, keep in force and effect or deliver to the Authority proof of, any of the insurance required under this Article 13 13, the Authority may, but shall have no obligation to, procure the insurance required by this Agreement, and such failure continues for tenStadCo shall, within ten (10) days following the Authority’s demand and notice, pay and reimburse the Authority therefor plus interest at the Default Rate.‌
