Failure to Abide by Other Terms. Developer fails to perform any other of its obligations under this Agreement and such failure continues for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of notice from the City or RDA; provided, however, if such cure cannot reasonably be accomplished within such thirty (30) days and the delay in cure does not materially impair the financial interests of the City or RDA, and if Developer promptly commences cure within the initial thirty (30) days and diligently pursues cure thereafter, Developer shall have a reasonable time, not to exceed sixty (60) days after the initial thirty (30) days, for a total of ninety (90) days to cure;
