Failure to Agree on Terms of Task. In the event that the SFMTA and Consultant cannot reach agreement on the terms of the Task Order, the SFMTA may either cancel the Task Order and have the work accomplished through other available sources, or may direct the Consultant to proceed with the task under such conditions as City may require to assure quality and timeliness of the task performance. Under no circumstances may the Consultant refuse to undertake a City-ordered task.
