Failure to Charge Not Subsequent Waiver. Any decision by the Administrative Agent or any Bank not to require payment of any fee or costs, or to reduce the amount of the payment required for any fee or costs or to calculate any fee or costs in any particular manner, for any particular Eurocurrency Rate Loan shall in no way limit the Administrative Agent’s or that Bank’s right to require full payment of any fee or costs for any other Eurocurrency Rate Loan or to calculate any fee or costs in another manner.
