Failure to Charge Not Subsequent Waiver. Any decision by Lender not to require payment of any interest (including interest at any post-default rate), or to calculate any amount payable by a particular method, on any occasion shall in no way limit or be deemed a waiver of Lender's right to require all payment of any interest (including interest after default).
