Failure to Close any Request. If the Borrower makes a Request and fails to close on the Request for any reason other than the default by the Lender or, if applicable, the failure of the purchaser of an MBS to purchase such MBS, then the Borrower shall pay to the Lender and Fxxxxx Mxx all damages incurred by the Lender and Fxxxxx Mae in connection with the failure to close.
