Failure to Complete Initial Transactions. Should Silverstar fail to pay NJMC according to Sections 5.2 and 5.3 for 50% of the Mining Rights and Property and Silverstar’s Initial Contribution, this Agreement is terminated immediately with no further recourse or refunding of any payments made according to Sections 5.2 and 5.3.
