Common use of Failure to Comply with Covenants Clause in Contracts

Failure to Comply with Covenants. Default shall be made by the Borrower in the due observance and performance of any covenant, condition or agreement contained in Sections 6.1.1 or 6.1.14 hereof or in Section 6.2 hereof.

Failure to Comply with Covenants. Default shall be made by the Borrower in the due observance and performance of any covenant, condition or agreement contained in Article VII hereof (except for Sections 6.1.1 or 6.1.14 hereof 7.8, 7.9, 7.12, 7.13, 7.17, 7.19, 7.20, 7.24, 7.27) or in Section 6.2 Article VIII hereof.
