Failure to Comply with Other Covenants. The failure of the Borrower to perform, observe or comply, or to cause any Subsidiary Guarantor to perform, observe or comply, as appropriate, with any covenant, condition or agreement contained in this Agreement other than those set forth in Section 7.1.1, 7.1.2 or 7.1.3 above, which failure shall remain unremedied for a period of thirty (30) days after written notice thereof to the Borrower by the Agent.
