Common use of Failure to Comply with Other Covenants Clause in Contracts

Failure to Comply with Other Covenants. The failure of the Borrower to perform, observe or comply with any covenant,condition or agreement contained in this Agreement other than those referred to in Sections 7.1.1, 7.1.2 or 7.1.3 above, which failure shall remain unremedied for a period of thirty (30) days after the Borrower discovers or should have discovered such failure.
