FAILURE TO DELIVER STATEMENTS. Landlord’s failure during the Term of this Lease to prepare and deliver any of the Statements, estimates, notices, or bills contemplated or required under this Lease, or Landlord’s failure to make a demand, shall not in any way cause Landlord to forfeit or surrender its rights to collect any of the foregoing items of Rent which may have become due during the Term of this Lease.
