FAILURE TO DENY REQUEST. Beneficiary's failure to deny any written request by Trustor for Beneficiary's consent under the provisions of Sections 3.4a or 3.4b within 10 Business Days after Beneficiary's receipt of such request (and all documents and information reasonably related thereto) shall be deemed to constitute Beneficiary's consent to such request.
