Recipient makes any material misstatement of, or omits to disclose to Grantor, any fact material to the making of the Grant, the progress toward completion of the Project, obtaining Other Financing for the Project, or a disbursement of Grant Funds to Recipient, or upon discovery by Grantor of any such misrepresentation or omission.
