Failure to Enforce Rights. The failure of either Party to enforce or insist upon compliance with any of the terms or conditions of this Agreement in any instance shall not constitute a general waiver or relinquishment of any such terms or conditions, but the same shall be and remain, at all times, in full force and effect.
