Failure to Fund in Respect of Drawings. The failure of any Canadian Lender to fund the Drawing Purchase Price to be funded by it as part of any Drawing or to make a BA Equivalent Note shall not relieve any other Canadian Lender of its obligation hereunder to fund its Drawing Purchase Price on the date of such Drawing or to make a BA Equivalent Note, but no Canadian Lender shall be responsible for the failure of any other Canadian Lender to fund the Drawing Purchase Price or make the BA Equivalent Note to be funded or made, as the case may be by such other Canadian Lender on the date of any Drawing.
