Failure to Maintain Equity Ownership. If, during the Employment Term, Executive shall fail to maintain the Equity Ownership Requirement, Executive shall have 90 days within open trading windows to cure such failure by acquiring additional shares of common stock in the Company, at Executive’s sole cost and expense.
