FAILURE TO MAINTAIN INSURANCE COVERAGE. Regardless of any approval by Xxxxxxx County, it is the responsibility of the contractor to maintain the required insurance coverage in force at all times; its failure to do so will not relieve it of any contractual obligation or responsibility.
