Failure to Make Oral Disclosures. If an Ameriquest Party discovers that a Sales Person has failed to make required oral disclosures to the Potential Borrower, that Ameriquest Party shall take prompt and appropriate disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal of the responsible personnel.
