Common use of Failure to Observe Covenants Clause in Contracts

Failure to Observe Covenants. The failure of the Borrower to keep, observe or perform any provisions of this Security Agreement, which failure is not cured and remedied within thirty (30) days after written notice thereof is given to the Borrower.
