Resident fails to observe or perform any of the covenants, rules, regulations, conditions, policies, or provisions of this lease, the Residence Life Handbook, Skagit Valley College, or local, state, or federal laws and where Resident has been granted due process via the Code of Student Conduct or other ordinance.
