Failure to Pay Housing Fee by Due Date. If Resident does not pay the Housing Fee by the later of (i) the date Resident signs this Agreement or (ii) the date for payment of Housing Fees for the semester (as set by college), Provider may cancel this Agreement, remove Resident from the Residence Facility, and avail itself of any other remedies available at law or equity.
