Failure to Perform Certain Liabilities. The failure by the Borrowers to promptly, punctually and faithfully perform, discharge, or comply with any Liability set forth under Sections 7-2, 7-6 (other than non-consensual liens which shall be included within the scope of Section 12-4), 7-7, 7-8, 7-12(b), 7-12(d), 7-18, 7-19, 7-20, 7-21, 7-22, 11-7, 11-8, 11-9 and 11-10.
