Failure to Properly Manage, Dispose of, or Effect Proper Conveyance of Title. In the event that any foreclosure sale of the Mortgaged Property subject to any Mortgage Serviced under this Master Agreement occurs or the possession or title to the property has been taken by FHLBI or on FHLBI’s behalf, the Seller must properly manage, dispose of, or effect proper conveyance of title to the Mortgaged Property in accordance with FHLBI Guidelines and the Guide.
