Common use of Failure to Provide Effective Release Clause in Contracts

Failure to Provide Effective Release. All benefits provided under the Plan are in consideration of a Participant’s execution of a Release. If a Participant does not properly execute such a Release within forty-five (45) days from his or her Termination Date or revokes his or her Release after submitting it, the Participant will not be entitled to any Severance Benefits otherwise available under the Plan.
