Failure to Provide Purchaser’s Curtailment Response for Curtailment. 5.4.1 If Purchaser fails to provide Purchaser’s Curtailment Response as specified in Section 5.2, Purchaser will be deemed to have elected to purchase Replacement Power for its entire Curtailment Capacity for all Curtailment Hours specified in Seller’s or Purchaser’s Curtailment Notice.
