Failure to remedy breach is Event of Default. If the Defaulting Party fails to remedy the breach within the relevant timeframe set out in clause 18.1: (a) the breach is an Event of Default for the purposes of this Agreement; (b) the other party must use reasonable endeavours to speak with the Chief Executive or another senior executive of the Defaulting Party in relation to the Event of Default, and to notify him or her of the other party’s intention to exercise its rights under this clause 18; and (c) the Defaulting Party must continue to do all things necessary to remedy the breach as soon as practicable.
