Common use of Failure to Report Solicitations Clause in Contracts

Failure to Report Solicitations. In addition to, and notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the Commissioner or the agency head may, at his or her discretion, terminate this Agreement upon twenty-four (24) hours’ written notice in the event Funding Recipient fails to promptly report in writing to the Commissioner of Investigation of the City of New York any solicitation of money, goods, requests for future employment or other benefit or thing of value, by or on behalf of any employee of the City or other person, firm, corporation or entity for any purpose which may be related to the purchase of the Equipment and/or Vehicles or obtaining of this Agreement by Funding Recipient, or affecting the performance of this Agreement.
