Failure to Resolve at First Instance. 20.2.1 If the matter is not resolved at the meeting of the Council’s Representative and the Company’s Representative, or if no meeting takes place within four (4) weeks of being referred to the Council’s Representative and the Company’s Representative, the matter shall be referred to the Board and Council’s Executive who must meet within thirty (30) Business Days or such other period as the parties may agree to attempt to resolve the matter.
