Failure to Resolve Disputes. In the event that any Dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement is not settled by the Parties within 15 days after the first meeting of the second tier negotiating teams under Section 11.1(a), the Parties may seek any remedies to which they may be entitled in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
