Failure to Submit a) Failure of a Member who is eligible for an annual increment to submit the annual report by the specified time limit will result in the delay of the decision whether to award or deny the annual increment until such time as the report is submitted. If awarded, the payment of the appropriate monthly portions of the increment shall be effective on the first of the month following submission of the report or July 1 immediately following the due date, whichever is later. b) Failure of a Member who is ineligible for an annual increment to submit the annual report by the specified time limit will result in the Member not accumulating sabbatical credit until January 1 or July 1, whichever is the closest date next following submission of the report.

Any prospective sale, conveyance or other transfer of the Offered Assets which has not been consummated within such one (1)-year period shall become subject again to this Section 7.02.

If , f or any month during the Delivery Term, Buyer does not receive Seller’s Multi-Fuel Report by the Monthly Multi-Fuel Report Deadline, such month’s invoice shall be deemed incomplete and Buyer shall not be required to pay, and no amount shall be due or owing under, that incompete invoice. Upon Xxxxx’s receipt of Seller’s Multi-Fuel Report, the previously deemed incomplete invoice shall be paid in the following monthly invoice cycle subject to and in accordance with Section 2.7.
