Failure to Submit Supplemental Submissions. Notwithstanding the provisions of subparagraph (C)(1) of this Article, if default is caused by failure to submit Supplemental Submissions acceptable to HUD within the time period required in Article II(E) of this Grant Agreement, HUD at its sole discretion may either: (a) require the Grantee, within a time period established by HUD, to submit acceptable Supplemental Submissions; or (b) institute any of the remedies under paragraph (C)(5) of this Article, without any grace period.
