Failure to Timely Correct Identified Contract Deficiencies. In the event the Contractor fails to correct deficiencies noted in the Department’s monitoring report within the time frames indicated in the CAP, liquidated damages in the amount of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) per day per institutional site where deficiencies exist shall be imposed until such time as all noted deficiencies are corrected unless otherwise agreed to by the Department.
