Common use of Failure Clause in Contracts

Failure. If an apprentice fails to successfully complete any module in the Apprenticeship Program on his/her second attempt, his/her apprenticeship will then be terminated in accordance with the provisions of the Apprenticeship Program and he/she may exercise his/her seniority to revert back to his/her previous classification with the seniority that he/she had obtained by the actual time spent in his/her previous classification.
