Fair and Equitable Treatment and Full Protection and Security. 1. Each Party shall accord fair and equitable treatment and full protection and security in accordance with customary international law in its territory to investment of investors of the other Party. 2. For greater certainty, (a) the concepts of “fair and equitable treatment” and “full protection and security” do not require additional treatment to that required under the minimum standard of treatment of aliens in accordance with the standard of customary international law; (b) a determination that there has been a breach of another provision of this Agreement or another international agreement does not imply that the minimum standard of treatment of aliens has been breached;
