Fair Disclosure; Schedule Data. 4.20.1. The information set forth in each Section of the Schedules shall be deemed to provide the information contemplated by, or otherwise qualify, the representation and warranties of the Sellers set forth in the corresponding section or subsection of the agreement and any other representation of the Sellers, but only to the extent that it is reasonably apparent on the face of the Schedule that it applies to such other representation. 4.20.2. The information set forth on the schedules referred to in this ARTICLE 4 in each case is only provided as of the date set forth on such schedule. To the extent that a schedule is dated prior to the date of this Agreement, the related representation in this Agreement is only made as of such date.
