The Parties have each been represented by legal counsel in the negotiation and drafting of this Agreement and this Agreement shall be construed according to the fair meaning of its language. The rule of construction that ambiguities shall be resolved against the Party who drafted a provision shall not be employed in interpreting this Agreement.
