Fair Market Value Capital Accounts. The TRP shall establish and maintain for each Party fair market value (“FMV”) capital accounts and tax basis capital accounts. Upon request, the TRP shall submit to each Party along with a copy of any proposed partnership income tax return an accounting of such Party’s FMV capital accounts as of the end of the return period.
