Common use of Fair Rental Payments Clause in Contracts

Fair Rental Payments. In the event of any occurrence and during the continuation of any Event of Default hereunder, if the Mortgagor or any subsequent owner is occupying the Mortgaged Property or any part thereof, it is hereby agreed that the said occupants shall promptly pay such reasonable rental monthly in advance as the Mortgagee shall demand for the Mortgaged Property or the part so occupied, and for the use of personal property covered by this Mortgage or any chattel mortgage or any security agreement.
