Common use of Fallback Procedure Clause in Contracts

Fallback Procedure. In case of EDI failures or delays in EDI transfer the fallback procedure shall come into effect as specified in GSM Association Permanent Reference Documents. Where there is a delay in the sending of the billing files, according to the agreed fallback procedure then the <B> shall be immediately advised.
