Common use of False Alarm Clause in Contracts

False Alarm. The intentional tripping of a fire alarm or making a written or verbal bomb threat is prohibited. Fighting A student shall not engage in mutual combat in which both parties have contributed to the situation by verbal or physical action. Both combatants involved in a fight may be subject to corrective action or punishment. Any student videoing a fight or verbal/physical altercation between students may be subject to corrective action similar to that of the fight or verbal/physical altercation participants.
