Or Claims The Contactor acknowledges that if it makes a false, fictitious, or fraudulent claim, statement, submission, or certification to the Government in connection with this Project, the Government reserves the right to impose on the Contactor the penalties of 18 U.S.C. Section 1001, 49 U.S.C. Section 5307, 31 U.S.C. Section 3801, and 49 CFR Part 31, as the Government may deem appropriate. Contactor agrees to include this clause in all state and federal assisted contracts and subcontracts.

Upon execution of the underlying Contract, Participating Dealer certifies or affirms, to the best of its knowledge, the truthfulness and accuracy of any statement it has made, it makes, it may make, or causes to be made, pertaining to the underlying Contract or the FTA assisted project for which the Promark Contract Work is being performed.
