Common use of FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS Clause in Contracts

FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-­‐in.
