Common use of FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS Clause in Contracts

FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS. Any reservation obtained under false pretense or with incorrect information provided to Landlord, or assignment or sublease of the Rental Agreement, will result in forfeiture of all funds paid in advance to the Landlord, including all reservation and security deposit funds, cancellation of the reservation, and the Tenant will not be permitted to check in. Landlord reserves the right to require photo identification of any Tenant or Tenant’s guest, before, or during occupancy of the Premises, as well as identification of all persons that will be, or are on, the Premises. This Rental Agreement may not be assigned or sublet.
