Common use of Family Class Claims Clause in Contracts

Family Class Claims. The Parties agree and acknowledge that the programmes described in Sections 3.02, 3.03 and 3.04 will be available for the benefit of the Cloud Class Members and all Class Members including the family class defined in the Class Actions.
