Family Code Certification. By signing this Agreement CMR is certifying, pursuant to Texas Fam. Code § 231.006, that it is not ineligible to receive the award of or payments under this Agreement by reason of its Family Support requirements and acknowledges that this Agreement may be terminated and/or payments may be withheld if this certification is inaccurate.
