Family Support. Family Support services are primarily 8 community-based preventive activities designed to alleviate stress and promote 9 parental competencies and behaviors that will increase the ability of families 10 to successfully nurture their children; enable families to use other resources 11 and opportunities available in the community; and create supportive networks 12 to enhance child-rearing abilities of parents and help compensate for the 13 increased social isolation and vulnerability of families.
Family Support. Family Support (FS) services are 2 primarily community-based preventive activities designed to alleviate stress 3 and promote parental competencies and behaviors that will increase the ability 4 of families to successfully nurture their children; enable families to use 5 other resources and opportunities available in the community; and create 6 supportive networks to enhance child-rearing abilities of parents and help 7 compensate for the increased social isolation and vulnerability of families. 8 FS services should comprise approximately thirty-five (35) percent of the 9 budget for total services. Services must address a minimum of one (1) of the 10 PSSF outcomes for each contracted service (as specified in Subparagraph 2.2 11 below).
Family Support. Family Support (FS) services are 24 primarily community-based preventive activities designed to alleviate stress 25 and promote parental competencies and behaviors that will increase the ability 26 of families to successfully nurture their children; enable families to use 27 other resources and opportunities available in the community; and create 28 supportive networks to enhance child-rearing abilities of parents and help 1 compensate for the increased social isolation and vulnerability of families. 2 FS services should comprise approximately thirty-five (35) percent of the Services 3 budget for total services. FaCT-funded services must address a 4 minimum of one (1) of the PSSF outcomes for each contracted service (as 5 specified in Subparagraph 2.2 below).
Family Support. This includes linkages to childcare, parent education, child development support service, family/marriage education.
Family Support. 109 Defendants shall fund, develop, recruit and support an array of family support services to include:
a. Education on the terms of this Agreement;
b. Education on available services, and on mental illness from the perspectives of professionals, other families, and mental health service recipients;
c. Direct support of family groups through the provision of a facilitator at meetings, if requested;
Family Support. Ford shall notify governmental agencies in advance of the Transition Date of the change of employer in order that such agencies may refile with Ford.
Family Support. Family support is a vital component to ensure the ongoing success of the child and the family. The recruitment, assessment, development and matching will not be successful without the inclusion of a strong family support component. The provision of family support services includes effective training and transition services when a child/family moves to another service system. Contractor will ensure the Support Family and birth family are supported and valued and know that ongoing and emergency supports are available. Support and birth families must be able to access ongoing services including access to Medicaid waiver services for their child pending availability and eligibility, and xxxxxx care reimbursement for support families involved with conservatorship of DFPS. Birth families that choose to move their child from an institution to their home, or the home of a Support Family, may access Medicaid waiver services for their child, pending availability and eligibility. Xxxxxx care reimbursement may be available for support families caring for children in the conservatorship of DFPS. To achieve maximum integration and quality, it is generally preferable to limit the number of children with disabilities to a maximum of three per family-based alternative arrangement. Family support includes, but is not limited to:
1. Providing or ensuring the provision of ongoing training and monitoring,
2. Monitoring progress of the plan,
3. Service coordination,
4. Ensuring access to family support services,
5. Assistance with gaining appropriate educational services,
6. Ensuring access to respite, parent support groups, transition services, supports and other community supports.
Family Support. Family support includes educational, informational, and affiliational services for family members with relatives (as identified by the family) who are in recovery from Substance Use Disorders. These services are designed to help families develop and maintain positive relationships, improve family functioning, increase understanding of recovery processes, and build connections among family members for mutual support.
Family Support. Paying the Lawyer's Immediate Family reasonable amounts to fund day-to-day and other appropriate expenses from the office account of the Practice, subject to funds being available and in consultation with the Accountant.
Family Support. Visteon shall notify governmental agencies in advance of the Employment Date of the change of employer in order that such agencies may refile with ACH's salaried payroll department.
