Common use of Family Travel Expenses Clause in Contracts

Family Travel Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Executive for business class airfare for his immediate family for travel no more frequently than once each fiscal quarter between New York, New York and the San Francisco Bay Area. In addition, the Company shall reimburse Executive for the reasonable cost of hotel accommodations incurred by Executive’s immediate family during such trips to the extent such hotel accommodations are necessary as a result of an absence of sufficient accommodations for Executive’s family in his Company-provided apartment.
